Genetics & CERTIFICATIONS

What bee breeds do you work with?
We work with three genetic lines: Ligustica, Buckfast, and Carniolan.

Do the queens come with health certification?
Yes. We provide official health certification, both from the country of origin and for shipments within Europe through the TRACE-NT system.

Do you offer pedigree genetic lines?
Yes. Participating breeding farms may offer pedigree lines, depending on availability and case-by-case conditions.

What other types of certifications do you offer?
We include subspecies identification and certification of non-Africanization of the live material.

Shipping & Logistics

How long does delivery take from the distribution point?
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.

What carriers are used for shipping?
Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx, using express service.

What happens if the bees don’t arrive on the estimated date?
If the delay or error is our responsibility, we will refund the value of the affected bees.

What if a queen arrives dead?
A video must be recorded at the moment of opening the box. With that evidence, losses will be recognized and we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

Payments & Billing

What VAT is applied?

  • Deliveries within Spain: 10% VAT.

  • Shipments to EU countries: VAT-exempt if the customer provides a valid intra-community VAT number.

  • If no intra-community VAT number is provided, 10% VAT will apply.

When is the reservation confirmed?

  • Deliveries scheduled more than 45 days in advance: confirmed with 50% down payment, with the balance paid 48 hours before delivery.

  • Deliveries within 45 days: 100% of the budget must be paid at the time of reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, and PayPal (with an additional €30 surcharge).

Is cash on delivery available?
No, cash on delivery is not accepted.
